Ticket is a problem application in game itself, sent message to GMs’ insight only. It doesn’t disappear after logout or DC, which also means that, when the problem is already somehow solved, the ticket should be deleted – in order to do this you should click on opened ticket frame (screen) and chose option „ Abandon My Ticket”
Hurrying GM or attempts that are meant to quicker ticket read off, whispers, any kind of spam, etc. may only finish in kick or ban or if you’re lucky, your ticket may only land up on the end of the tickets queue. If your notifications still waits to be read and GM hasn’t taken care of it yet, it doesnt mean that you’re omitted or skipped for any reasons. GM in this moment may be occupied with others tickets or simply may not have time/commands that are required in order to solve your problem. It is also possible, that GM has to investigate the case deeply, before the proper measures will be taken. In order to send ticket, press question sign in micro menu (screen), afterwards any button ** the bottom of opened window (screen) and „Open Ticket”. In opened text field, problem should be briefly described as the number of available signs is limited. You should also keep in consideration form of your notification, because this is precisely what decides how you’re going to be responded. Polite and substantial tickets are always better that those lacking in information whims written in vulgar and inappropriate way. After writing your notification, you should wait patently, and edit the content only it there is need to. If you want to hurry GM, please do that in polite form, for instance „Could any GM read my ticket, please?” instead of „GM read my ticket now lol!!!!”. In case of the second one, or attempt to whisper GM, you probably are going to be kicked from server. Do not report nonsense and rubbish, which only disturbs GM, e.g. „Does this quest work?” or „Could u teleport my character?” „I’d like to ask u abt new wow expansion” etc. These matters you can solve by yourselfs or with help of other players, asking about it in game or on our forum. In properly written ticket shall be enclosed every information about the problem you can give and if possible the circumstances of it’s occurence. Good and bad tickets, examples: +”I died in ghost during giving out talents, please help” +”Hi, i’ve got problem with quest ‘tome of divinity’ for human paladin, i cant ressurect the npc, what should i do?” +”Please help mi complete q ‘Lord Illidan Stormrage’, it’s the last q for netherdrake dragon” + „Shipment of Iron, that is required to complete q ‘battle of Hillsbrad” doesnt respawn for over half an hour. I’ve asked another players and they’ve got this problem too, could sth be done with this? - „ dude, wtf is with my char?” -„ thats not fair that everybody spam abt lfg on world and ONLY i got mutted” -„ Player Xxx uses vulgar words, i’ve got screen” – with this you should visit forum, not spam GM in game. - „Please give me skill 35395, it’s necessary for 19lvl paladin twink” –here additionaly we’ve got a fraud attemt, which would end up in 1week ban. -„Rogue’s talent ‘ruthlessness’ adds combo point before finishing move, not after as it should be. Please fix it” – this is ALSO wrong ticket. Such notifications should be submited in (http://hellground.pl/english-bug-report/) not in game. -„Is any GM online?” – write exatcly what has happend and what you expect from GM, such tickets only makes our work more difficult. If u wish to speak to GM, write it culturally. If after first ticket, you receive help from any GM, but as it turnes out, matter requirers further work from GM, dont write ticket likes „id didnt help, what now?”. GM that helped you, may be already offline, and remainder probably do not know the problem well. In such case you should describe your problem briefly once again, add how the another GM has helped/tried to help you. It facilitates our work significantly and your problem is going to be solved sooner. Tickets like „ i’ve got business to GM”, „is any GM online?” are usually ignored, similarly like ones „asdasdw”, „? ? ? ? ” or „what the hec is that?”, what we believe you send through addon that makes ticket window bugged, probebly the titan panel (screen) Such tickets are closed immidiately and if you create any new, you can only receive ticket spam ban. You can play with this without any disturbance, editing this false ticket only hampers our work. In addition to that, any attemts to cheat GMs, vulgarism, swearwords, lack of answers for question asked by GM, may end up with kick, mute or ban. Sometimes GM respond to ticket by mail in game. If your application disappears and you don’t receive any reply, please check your mailbox instead of writing a new ticket.
